Fix: VMTA stats stale after warmup
VMTA stats now refresh immediately after warmup completion. Previously stats were cached for up to 5 minutes.
Idempotent send API
Pass an Idempotency-Key header to safely retry send requests. Same key returns the same response for 24h.
