Yes. The Free plan includes 3,000 emails / month (a hard cap; sending pauses when you hit it, then resets next month), 100 email validations and 30 blacklist checks per month, and our shared IP pool. No credit card, no expiration. Designed for prototypes, side projects, and proving out the product.

Each individual recipient envelope counts as one email, so a campaign sent to 10,000 subscribers is 10,000 emails. Retries are free: an attempt only counts once the receiving server accepts it, so a message we retry five times still counts once. A message that is accepted and then bounces back later has already been counted.

On Growth and Scale, sending carries on past your allowance at $0.0008 per email, billed at the end of the cycle. On Free there is no overage: sending pauses at 3,000 and starts again when the month resets. Your usage against your allowance is in the dashboard, so check there if you are close.

Dedicated IPs are included with the Scale plan, and Enterprise adds dedicated infrastructure. Free and Growth use our shared, fully-warmed IP pool, the right fit for most senders.

Yes. Cancel from the dashboard, no calls or forms. You keep access through the end of your billing period and can export everything before downgrading to Free.
